Our participation in Salon Zucher was reviewed in The New York Times by Karen Rosenberg this past week. Two of our artists were mentioned, Evan Levine and Balint Zasko. “If you don’t have a booth at one of this week’s big fairs, the thinking goes, you’re invisible — especially if you’re a smaller gallery that’s slightly off the beaten track. The solution? Become a fair yourself. That’s what Zürcher Studio has done, carving its space into six booths and inviting in like-minded downtown and Brooklyn dealers. At the Proposition, Evan Levine’s large-scale painting “Leopard” wears its rainbow of spots well. (The Proposition is also showing smaller watercolors, by Balint Zsako of more mythical creatures.)” Read the full review here.
